Denial of Due Process - Leave without Pay - Grievance
August 9, 2010 - The arbitration hearing for the above referenced matter has been set for September 10, 2010, at 9:00 a.m.

February 9, 2010 - This grievance was filed on behalf of Firefighter Scott Simpson who began an 8 shift suspension without pay for an alleged violation of Article 4 section 21 of the CBA.
